We can do any job from a basic tub surround to custom kitchen floors and back splashes, bathrooms, tiled shower floors, steam showers, foyers, porches, and sun rooms.
We also do complete bathroom makeovers. We will remove the existing walls, floor, and all fixtures, and replace with all new walls (tiled or finished ready-for-paint wall board). We also install new tubs, toilets, vanities, pedestal sinks, tiled floors, and tiled walls.

KITCHEN FLOORS: There are some tile installers who will put the tiles over vinyl or linoleum. We don't. For one thing, there is no way to determine how well the linoleum is glued to the slab, the plywood, or even some other unacceptable underlayment, without attempting to remove it. It's just a good idea to make sure you have a solid base to install your floor. Tile floors are expensive, and they are permanent if done correctly. There's no room for shortcuts. MacLaren Tile & Marble recommends the use of Schluter DITRA, an uncoupling membrane that also functions as a water-proofing membrane at the same time when KERDI band is used on the seams.
